Three days after your meet's registration closes we'll send out a check for any entry fees paid by credit-card we collected for your meet.
How do I pay use of Head Count?If we owe you entry fees from credit-card payments we collected for your meet we'll just subtract the service fee before we send it out.
If you collected all the payments yourself through cash or check we'll charge your card three days after registration closes.
What types of payment do you accept?Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Are there any contracts?Nope, Head Count is a pay-as-you-go service. You're just charged per meet, no monthly fees.
