This meet is managed by EZ Meet Services using the Head Count system.
Entry Prerequisite: Complete the Online Intent to Enter form and mail a copy with entry fee according to instructions at the meet website.
1. Coaches should enter ALL athletes who will compete in the Varsity, Junior Varsity and Middle School races in either the Male or Female Team Roster Forms.
Coaches will enter the First and Last Name, Gender as well as Year in School for all runners. Rosters are available for coaches who have entered previous races in Head Count.
Every athlete will be issued race day bib number since finish place and times are provided for each athlete in every race.
2. While in HeadCount:
+ High School Coaches should select either the High School Boys or Girls Race events to enter all Varsity and Junior Varsity athletes.
+ Middle School Coaches should select either the Middle School Boys or Girls Race events to enter all Middle School athletes.
3. All meet entry fees are the responsibility of the coach and must be paid according to the directions on the meet website.
